We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S., Australia, and Asia. For orders under $100 in these regions, a $10 shipping fee applies.
For all other areas, shipping is free on orders over $200, and a flat $20 fee applies to orders under $200.

PO BOXES
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you have a change of mind in respect of a purchase (e.g. you no longer want the product), we will accept a return within 7 days of delivery and provide you with a credit note or refund in accordance with this returns policy, other than for the following items which cannot be returned for change of mind reasons only (and not if it’s a Deficient Product, as defined below):
- products marked “final sale” when purchased.
- underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, products that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them, and swimwear (including one pieces and sets) if supplied with an original hygiene sticker where that has been subsequently removed or displaced.
- any products that have a T-string cut or marked “final sale”.
- products returned in a condition other than their original condition.
- products returned without their tags attached.
- products not in their original packaging.
- products that appear to have been worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
- products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant or makeup.
For the avoidance of doubt, returns of Deficient Products, as defined below, are not restricted in the above way and dealt with below.
Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been completed.
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item (not being a Deficient Product, which is dealt with below) that does not meet the original condition, in which case we may require you to pay our reasonable postage costs before we return the item to you.
FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS
If you believe an item you've purchased is faulty, please email us and let us know as many details as you can about the fault. We will then request images of the fault before providing you with an outcome.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POSTAGE
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. Postage for new parcels will also be covered by you. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
