Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is assessed as faulty by us, including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to.
We do not allow returns for the following:
- Products received without our permission
- Products purchased during a promotional sale period or on markdown/final sale
- Underwear, lingerie or swimwear
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition
- Products without their tags attached
- Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way
We has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POSTAGE
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. Postage for new parcels will also be covered by you. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
If you believe an item you've purchased is faulty, please email us and let us know as many details as you can about the fault. We will then request images of the fault before providing you with an outcome.
